Any disputes arising from the use of the VITASMART website and/or mobile App are subject to the laws of Australia.
The information contained herein shall be used as a general guide only. Content is being continuously updated. No contractual relationship is intended. It is the visitors’ accountability to ensure that any products available from VITASMART ultimately meet their intended purpose.
Prospective customers acknowledge that any data presented may contain slight inaccuracies – arising predominantly from, but not limited to: error margins associated with measurement equipment, product model specifics, and end-user installation variations. To the extent permitted by law, VITASMART shall not be liable for any such inaccuracies and errors.
The material herein, including graphics, design, data, etc., is owned by VITASMART – reproduction of such material is prohibited without prior consent. External trademarks which are not owned by VITASMART are acknowledged accordingly.
We may amend, vary or update these terms and conditions periodically. Such amendments, variations or updates will be posted herein.

Prior to any purchase, please ensure the correct products are chosen. VITASMART is not obliged to provide refunds for wrong selections and/or change of mind.
If you receive the wrong product, or the product received is faulty, please contact VITASMART immediately. Prior to a full refund and/or replacement products being offered, VITASMART reserves the right to request the wrong and/or faulty products to be sent back to its headquarters for inspection.

Shipping & Returns
- All VITASMART products are shipped via Australia Post. Deliveries will usually be made within 3-5 working days after customers place their order.
- An electronic confirmation will be shared for all orders subsequent to checkout. A separate tracking reference number will be sent out succeeding pickup by Australia Post.
- Orders are to be delivered between 7 am & 7 pm (excluding weekends & public holidays). A signature may be required on receipt. If a customer is not available to accept delivery, the carrier shall leave a calling card with instructions for pick-up.
- Items must be returned within ten (10) days after the customer receives it.
- Refunds will be given as money back or product replacements.
- The customer is responsible for return postage charges.
VITASMART highly respects the privacy of information with which we are provided by our customers.
We shall use this information in full accordance of the law.
All information collected by VITASMART shall be treated as confidential, held in secure electronic databases, and will solely be used for the purpose of benefiting our customers.
The primary purpose of data collection is to provide enhanced product or service offerings, optimised distribution capability, marketing purposes, and analysing future needs. The type of information will generally include: name, email, address, phone number. Please note that credit card details are not retained by VITASMART – we utilise a secure third party vendor to process such transactions.
VITASMART makes use of Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. Such cookies allow us to better understand which pages within our sites visitors are finding most useful, and the extent of time spent on each. Marketing campaigns are based on such findings. VITASMART operates within the boundaries stipulated by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act.
